According to ABC two officers are being booked on charges of second-degree murder and attempted second-degree murder in the fatal shooting of a 6-year-old boy Jeremy Mardis who was shot dead and his father was wounded when marshals opened fire on their car in Marksville, Louisiana.

Sources say there were at least 4 Officers involved and the matter is still under investigation..

Oakland firefighters responded to a three-alarm fire at a warehouse at about 11:30 p.m.
